This privacy policy applies to the Legio Aeterna mobile game ("the App", package com.legioaeterna.app) for Android.
Legio Aeterna is a single-player game. Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not run our own servers and we do not collect, sell, or share personal information ourselves. The only data collection comes from the third-party services below.
1. Advertising (Google AdMob). The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and process the device advertising identifier, approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP address, device information (model, OS version, language), and ad interaction data. This is used to serve and measure ads. Where required (e.g. the EEA/UK), the App shows a consent dialog so you can choose whether to allow personalised ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and how AdMob uses data.
2. Google Play Games (optional). If you sign in with Google Play Games, Google handles authentication and may store your achievements/progress under your Google account. Sign-in is optional; the game is fully playable without it.
3. In-app purchases. If you buy "Remove Ads", the purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details.
4. Local storage. Game settings, saves, achievements, and statistics are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App removes this data.
We (the developer) do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or files.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are requested as non-personalised where required by law.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
